Almost all of the artwork on this site is copyrighted. Almost all of my artwork (Dylan Yost) is protected from downloading or copying. If you find a piece of work that does not seem to be protected in any way, it is most likely that way on purpose, so feel free to do with it what you want. I only ask that if you use anything from my site (whether it be my artwork, banners, buttons, music, videos, whatever) you ask permission first by emailing me at d-yost@d-yost.com. If you are using something from my site for another website, webpage, personal profile, myspace page, or anything other than storing it on your personal hard drive, then you must give me credit as the artist by posting my name with it (Dylan Yost), and post a link to my website (http://www.d-yost.com), as well as asking me for permission via e mail. The site's navigation buttons are copyrighted and for d-yost.com only. Anyone caught using any of the custom buttons from this site will be fined and forced to remove them. If interested in using any artwork from the collection of other artists on d-yost.com, the actual artist must be contacted and asked permission. These works are all copyrighted, and legal action could be taken if any of these works are used without permission. Please do not contact d-yost.com about using artwork by anyone other than Dylan Yost . Feel free to link to this site. Permission is not neccisary for this, however if a reciprocal link is requested, please contact via e mail. There are many banners available if you would like to use one rather than a text link.
